Join the Draw
Buy a ticket through our website - or use the free entry postal route by sending us a postcard with your details (see schedule 1 to the T&Cs). The paid and free entry routes have equal chances of winning.
Watch Live Draw
Check the main prize page for the draw date and time. For live draws tune into our socials to watch the draw live. For auto & manual Draws the prize page will announce the winner automatically. Make sure to check in to discover if you’re the lucky winner. The anticipation is part of the fun!
Receive Your Prize
We’ll organise receival of our Winners prizes! Share your happiness with our community by sending us a photo of you and your prize, which we’ll feature on our website.

How do I enter a raffle?
Online Paid Route
- Choose the raffle you want to enter.
- Select either:
(a) a number or numbers from the ticket selector; or
(b) have a number allocated to you
(each being a separate entry) - Checkout with your payment details.
- Note the confirmation screen and receive an email stating your Entry Number(s).
- Check your Entry Number(s) against the entries list at the foot of each Raffle page.

Free Entry Route
- Choose the raffle you want to enter and register online.
- Send your entry on an unenclosed postcard by first class pre-paid post to the Promoter at the following address: 3rd Floor, Arnott House, 12- 16 Bridge Street, Belfast, BT1 1LU
- Include with your entry the following information:-
- your full name
- your address
- your contact telephone number and email address; and
- your chosen raffle.

Can I enter more than once?
Online Paid Route
Yes, you can enter as many times as you wish into the same Raffle, up to the maximum stated on the Raffle Page.
If you exceed the limit of entries allowed per person, you will receive a notification that you cannot enter any more into the same raffle.
Free Entry Route
Each free entry must, in addition, be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries will not be accepted as multiple entries and, if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.

How is the winner picked?
When the raffle closes, it will appear on the closed raffles page. You will be able to see a list of all the entries. Please follow us on social media and make sure to have your notifications on. The draw will be live and employ the Google Random Number Generator (or similar). The winner will usually be called up during the live draw.

How is the prize delivered?
After the winner is announced, we will get in touch to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery of the Prize. If the winner is local, we may hand-deliver the prize.

Can I attend the live draw?
No, but all draws are carried out either on our social livestreams or they will be drawn randomly and automatically.

What if the winner does not respond on the live?
We have all the contestants’ contact information so, if we cannot get hold of them on the live draw, we will certainly get in touch with them afterwards.

What happens if a raffle doesn't sell out?
In the event that less than 100% of the available raffle Entry Numbers have been chosen or allocated (whether online or via the free entry route) by the time and date stated on the Raffle Page the draw will continue as planned and winner selected.

How do I close my account?
Send us an email to [email protected] with the subject ‘CLOSE MY ACCOUNT’ from the email you registered for your account.
